I love driving my Mini. She is a sporty, peppy car and suits my needs. And the people at the service department are excellent. Everything is explained, no unexpected extras are added and I really feel my interests are being looked after. The work done on my car was explained before the work was done and therefore wasn't needed after. It was just a payment and pickup.
